Swisslinx is supporting a trusted and leading Pharmaceutical’s client in finding a Customer Service Representative. This exciting opportunity is a temporary position for 2 years initially based in Luzern.
Your mission
First contact for clients by phone in German, French and English
Entry of client’s orders via phone or fax
Advising clients on pricing and range of products
Communicate daily with internal stakeholders including the sales team and logistics centre
Various administrative tasks and participation in project work
Your profile
2-3 years of relevant experience in customer or sales support
Successfully completed commercial training or qualification
Tech savvy with good user skills in MS Word and Excel
SAP knowledge and experience in outbound calls an advantage
Strong communication skills with fluent German, French and English
Team player, highly motivated and flexible
Available to start a new position at short notice
