For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in Basel, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Digital Solutions Manager. In this role you will be part of the Digital Endpoint team responsible for deployment of digital endpoints in Global Drug development clinical trials.
Your responsibilities:
- Managing key stakeholders from clinical trial teams to understand trial needs
- Provide subject matter and analytics expertise on Digital Endpoints and assuring the quality
- Monitor and escalate risks and bottlenecks to the Digital Solutions Director
- Provide excellent customer service to the clinical trial teams
Your skills/experience:
- Advanced degree in data science or related subject
- At least 4 years' of experience working in Digital Solutions (Endpoints)
- Proven experience in matrix organization, ability to understand risks
- Experience in clinical trials is an asset but not a must
- Fluency in English
