Swisslinx is supporting a global Life Sciences company as they establish new operations in Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance professional with strong leadership experience.
Your mission:
- Supports the Facility Project, in order to get the completion of the construction and ready to support the validation phase
- Manages the planning, scheduling, and completion of maintenance work performed to insure maximum uptime of equipment
- Oversees the activities of the technicians assigned to work areas in a manner to assure compliance with company, state, and federal agency guidelines
- Maintains planned work schedules and handles emergency work resulting from rendering of required services
- Draws up SOP and work instructions and assures that all the team members have the mandatory trainings
- Ensures the team is set up for collaboration with other internal departments and operates in full alignment with the company’s core values
Your background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 5 years' supervisory experience in Electrical or Automation Technology in a regulated environment, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical processing preferred
- Strong experience in Siemens Automation Technology
- Functional knowledge of cGMPs and manufacturing operations in FDA regulated facility
- Fluent in English, German highly advantageous
