On behalf of our client, a leading and multinational firm in the area of laboratory automation, Swisslinx is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager.

Your Mission:

- Build a portfolio of enterprise customers in the pharma and biotech space
- Carryout market research, map out potential customers and target key decision makers
- Develop sales strategies with the wider sales team and liaise with internal stakeholders on a global level – from marketing, pre-sales support and senior management
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure the customers is educated on the product benefits
- Deal with escalations and interact with a variety of external stakeholders – organising initial meetings, leading talks and negotiations, as well as presenting

Your Background:

- University education or equivalent
- Multiple years of sales experience in a similar environment – laboratory automation, software, or laboratory products
- Experience targeting enterprise customers
- Fluent in English, German or French a plus
