In this function, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support C-levels on a daily basis.
-Organising meetings and travel arrangement
-Producing reports and presentations and participating in on-going projects
-Maintaining documents and database system up to date
-Serving as the point person for office manager duties
-Support the wider team on a wide range of administrative and back office duties
-3 to 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in Financial Services
-Fluency in both German and English
-Excellent written skills in both languages and attention to detail are key for this role
-Good skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
