Our client is an international commodity company.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced and dynamic person to be the Executive Assistant to the Group CEO. This person will efficiently and effectively manage the Chief Executive Office and provide very close high-level administrative support to the Group CEO.

Your mission

- To allow the CEO to operate effectively, to make life as smooth and easy as possible
- Perform clerical, administrative and project-based duties
- Arrange meetings and calls, manage multiple calendars, handle information requests and filter email and mail, prepare reports and correspondence and take minutes
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff and liaise with senior staff, board members and key stakeholders
- Oversee and work with a wider team of Executive Assistants in order to manage an accurate and efficient filing system, organise board meetings, ensure office equipment maintenance and oversee all visits and visitors
- Participate to internal and external communication from the Chief Executive Office
- Assist with global travel planning and support the planning and coordination of local and global events for Executives and staff
- Oversee more junior PAs

Your background

- 5+years of successful experience working as an Executive Assistant at Board level for an international group
- Perform clerical, administrative and project-based duties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships and a network globally and cooperate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Outstanding ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects at the same time, showing flexibility and adaptability
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential matters
- Fluent in English and German
