On behalf of a client, a well-established and innovative Investment Manager, Swisslinx is seeking a Funds Operations Specialist to join their Infrastructure team in Zurich.
Your Mission
- Be responsible for the cash management of funds and mandates
- Manage the payment transactions process for funds and mandates
- Be responsible for the onboarding of investors, Luxemburg funds and suppliers
- Create investment reports, monitor portfolio companies and manage the investors’ portal
- Coordinate and manage service providers
Your background
- At least 3 years of experience in the Private Markets sector
- University Degree or relevant education
- Knowledge of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD) and Luxemburg fund structures are a big advantage
- Proactive, you like to take responsibilities and are hands-on
- Service oriented with solid communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
