- Service a portfolio of corporate clients across a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending, & cash management.
- Execution of FX trades (SPOT, FWD, NDF, etc.) with multiple liquidity providers, using various different trading platforms
- Understand the client's business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation
- Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs including repeat & new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling high margin products and increasing wallet-share
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers while building & maintaining strong client relationships through client meetings
- Relevant educational background within Finance / Business
- Proven track-record and professional experience (2-6 years) within FX Sales / Dealing in Financial Services, ideally selling to SME’s
- Confident to hunt over the phone and meet potential clients on a daily basis, while exceeding sales quotas and market share goals
- Can-do attitude, comfortable taking ownership of various tasks and passionate about sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Native Swiss German and English fluency is a must
