A global and fast growing player in the Financial Services field is looking for an experienced and motivated Business Developer to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your Sales skills and Swiss network within an organization that offers a high development potential.
Your Mission:
- Create, manage and develop new business client opportunities
- Full sales process from cold-calling to close of business, working alongside an experienced team
- Lead generation while developing a database of prospective clients, researching the client and sector to identify possible needs and solutions
- Attend exhibitions or networking events where potential new business opportunities could be pursued
- Present the prospects with solutions for their foreign exchange, hedging, payment and/or trade finance requirements.
- With time, move into more senior sales positions, from industry sector specialist to head of desk.
Your Background:
- Relevant educational background within Finance / Business
- Professional experience within Business Development or Sales, ideally within Financial Services
- Confident to hunt over the phone and meet potential clients on a daily basis
- Can-do attitude, comfortable taking ownership of various tasks and passionate about sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in (Swiss) German, or French, and English is a must
