On behalf of our client, an International bank , Swisslinx is looking for dedicated Client Services Managerjoin their team near Zurich. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment.
This is a contract position for 6 months with the possibility for extension or internalization.
Your mission
- Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
- Have oversight of intricate account openings and execute all processes relating to private banking accounts
- Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
- Direct, review and approve product designs and changes
- Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications
Your background
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role working with clients as well as other stakeholders
- A Banking apprenticeship with further education or a completed university degree
- You are a problem solver with a keen appreciation for the importance of Compliance, risk topics with excellent^
- French is highly desired, English must be fluent
