Swisslinx are currently working with an International Operating Company that are seeking a Geoscientist to join their Regional Exploration team based in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Delivery of regional seismic interpretation efforts.
- Prospect scale evaluations.
- Integrating structural geological and sequence stratigraphic aspects.
- Supporting wider exploration efforts of the company.
The Geoscientist will be expected to work together with technical, non-technical and operational functions in the company and to provide subsurface operational support if and when required.
The Geoscientist will report to the Exploration Manager.
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- 7 to 10 years of experience, exposure to international operations, preferably with a major industry player.
- Holds a degree in Geoscience or related field from a reputable university.
- Affiliation in a geoscience organisation.
- Exposure to sub-surface operations (data acquisition/drill) is preferred.
