On behalf of our client, an established financial organization, Swisslinx are looking for a fluent German Project Management Officer for a programme in the wealth domain. You will be supporting the leader with execution of activities and tasks working in an agile environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a driven, proactive environment at a global, international company.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Supporting the stream lead in execution of tasks and activities
-Ensuring deliverables are aligned with plans and governance
-Preparation of presentation for committees
-Coordination and management of financial controlling of stream
-Supporting program risk management
-Resolving issues, and ensuring corrective actions
-Supporting vendor and supplier management
-Stakeholder coordination and communication
Background and Experience
-Excellent Project and Program Management Skills
-5+ years’ experience working as a Senior Program PMO
-Agile methodology experience
-Experience in Wealth Management
-Fluent English
-Fluent German
