On behalf of our client, a major Insurance company in Zurich, Swisslinx are currently looking for a Software Development Lead to join a permanent job opportunity.
Your responsibilities:
- Implementation of strategy specifications and commissioned projects
- Ensuring the operation and maintenance tasks at department level
- Support of internal customers in planning and design
- Consulting of the departments and digital transformation
- Cooperation with business project managers regarding resource allocation and Personnel issues in the context of project implementation and the department Development
- Further development of the software development process in terms of efficiency and
quality
- People management of a team of 12
Your background:
- Several years of experience in leading software development teams
- Experience with software development as well as a higher education in computer science, Business informatics or comparable training
- Understanding of heterogeneous IT environments, further development of the Software development process in terms of efficiency and quality
- Structured / analytical thinking, pronounced solution orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, level-appropriate communication skills
- Fluent in German, business fluent in English
