For our client, one of the leading Healthcare & Life Sciences companies based in the Bern area, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Global Regulatory Affairs Planning Specialist.
Duration: 10 month contract
Global Regulatory Affairs Planning Specialist
Your Mission:
- Obtaining information of planned submissions from RA functions as well as continuous tracking of the entire submission lifecycle in the designated Regulatory Information Management system
- Validating data and clarifying with relevant stakeholders, if required
- Providing simple reports from regulatory systems supporting routine activities within the GRA organization
- Supporting solving data entry issues in close collaboration with the GRA systems group
Your Profile:
- 3 years of Apprenticeship or equivalent, with up to 3 years of professional experience
- Basic knowledge of Regulatory Affairs is an asset
- Experience with or demonstrated ability to handle regulatory information management tools
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Problem solving skills with a good sense of urgency and the ability to recognize issues
- Flexibility to work under limited supervision and in teams in a global matrix organization
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Fluent in English
