The Opportunity:

• We are looking for Graduates with an interest in technology, financial services, life sciences, and/or sales. Our clients include banks, insurers and re-insurers, consulting companies, commodity trading firms and MNCs.

• A varied role as a Recruitment Researcher responsible for identifying suitable candidates in Switzerland and internationally: approach, selection and qualification of candidates; active involvement in sales tasks; developing and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.

• Quick progression within sales towards Recruitment Consultant and specialisation in the technology sector.



Skills & Background:

• Higher education degree (preferably in a relevant discipline)

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and strong team player

• Solid understanding and interest in technology

• Professional attitude with solid multi-tasking skills

• Entrepreneurial “can-do” attitude and natural sales drive

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, German or French advantageous
