Are you an experienced Helpdesk Supporter who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to further your career?

On behalf of our client, a international private bank, Swisslinx are looking for a Helpdesk Supporter for a permanent position based in Zurich.

Your responsibilities:
- General 1st and 2nd level support tasks
- Managing and solving day-to-day issues, escalating when necessary
- Providing support and training to colleagues

Your skills/experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, in the financial services industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills with a client-facing focus
- Fluency in English is necessary, German is a high plus
