On behalf of our clients, Swisslinx is seeking an HR Assistant to join an asset management firm with a base in Zurich (60% capacity)
Your responsibilities:
-Support in the recruitment process and hiring activities along with the HR Director
-Assist all employees with HR queries (absence, vacation, time management, sick leaves, amongst others)
-Provide support with the administration of employee benefits (pension, health insurance, social insurances)
-Ensuring employee records are compliant and complete
Your background:
-A maximum of 2 years’ experience in HR Assistant role or recruitment
-Experience working with Swiss labor law or Swiss social security system
-Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP
-German mother tongue and fluency in English is a must
