Swisslinx is supporting a trusted Pharmaceuticals client in finding a Recruitment Coordinator to support the hiring of temporary employees.
This position is a temporary position until the end of the year. The position will be a combination of home office and some travel within Switzerland on a bi-weekly basis.
Your mission
- Actively support HR and Recruitment team in building teams in fast paced environment
- Update candidate application tracking systems
- Review CV applications and schedule screening calls
- Coordinate interviews with Hiring Mangers and HR
- Support on boarding processes of new temporary/contingent employees
- Support administration related to vendors and suppliers and invoicing
Your profile
- Some of experience in recruitment/procurement administration
- Knowledge of recruitment processes
- Strong communication skills in German and English and ability to build relationships with stakeholders virtually and personally
- Attention to detail, proactive and team orientated attitude
- Available to start a new position at short notice and available for some travel to our client's site on a bi-weekly basis
