On behalf of our clients, Swisslinx is seeking an HR Assistant to join a reinsurer company based in Zurich for a 6 months contract.
Your responsibilities:
-Support the recruitment process in Zurich and other branches
-Assist all employees with HR queries (absence, vacation, time management, sick leaves, amongst others)
-Provide support with the administration of employee benefits (pension, health insurance, social insurances)
-Ensuring employee records are compliant and complete
Your background:
-1 or 2 years’ experience in HR Assistant role or recruitment
-Experience working with Swiss labor law or Swiss social security system
-Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP
-Fluency in English is a must, German at least B2 level
