On behalf of our client, a large Healthcare and Life Sciences organization in the Zug area, Swisslinx is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team in the Zurich area. It will be a contract position for at least 1 year.
Your mission:
- Responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team with administrative tasks
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistanceboarding
- Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database
- Be involved with other ad hoc HR projects
Your background:
- +2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferable within the Healthcare and Science
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong attentional to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
