This is a contract position, with the possibility to work on a part-time or full-time basis (80 – 100 %). In return, our client offers a competitive compensation and a dynamic working environment.
- Responsible for assisting with various HR administration
- Participate in the hiring process – carrying out pre-selection, interviews, and background checks, as well as assisting candidates with on-boarding
- Provide payroll support
- Update and ensure employees records and relevant information are accurate
- Be involved with ad hoc HR projects
- +2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Swiss HR qualification/education is a plus
- Strong attentional to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and German
