On behalf of our client, a reputable and growing organization within the Banking field, Swisslinx is seeking a HR Assistant to join their team in the Zurich area.

This is a contract position with the intention to hire the individual long-term. Our client offers a competitive compensation and a dynamic working environment.

Your mission:
- Responsible for assisting with various HR administration
- Participate in the hiring process – carrying out pre-selection, interviews, and background checks, as well as assisting candidates with on-boarding
- Provide payroll support
- Update and ensure employees records and relevant information are accurate
- Be involved with ad hoc HR projects

Your background:
- +3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Swiss HR qualification/education is a plus
- Experience with Swiss labour law
- Strong attentional to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
