For one of our clients in the Pharmaceutical industry, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced Corporate Customer Service Coordinator join their dynamic and fast growing division in Basel. This will be a temporary position for around 1 year with the possibility for extension.

Your responsibilities:

- Order processing from receipt to delivery
- Order status monitoring
- Preparation of Tender document submissions
- Administrating Letters of Credit and other trade financing instruments
- Co-ordination of export and transport operations


Your background:

- Relevant degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Solid experience in letter of credit and order processing
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is an advantage but not a must
- Fluent in English and at least B2 level of German
