Swisslinx is currently supporting a top tier global bank with a presence in Switzerland in securing a high caliber HR talent to join their team as a HR Business Partner. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of role but remain part of an exceptional international brand and professional team.

Your mission
Drive and contribute to the Swiss HR strategy and further develop policies and procedures
Advise and support business in HR questions and issues and manage HR interns
Lead talent management, recruitment, on/ offboarding, succession planning, diversity initiatives for Zurich and Geneva
Partner with HR stakeholders including the Employee Relations and Employment Law Group teams as well as HR BPs globally
Contribute to and support change management projects
Collaborate with an external vendor covering payroll and HR administration topics

Your profile
HR education coupled with 5-10 years of relevant work experience
Some experience gained within Banking/Financial Services
Knowledge of Swiss labour law
Fluent in English and German with excellent communications skills
Flexible, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Organised, focussed and strategic approach to work
