Swisslinx is currently supporting a top tier global bank with a presence in Switzerland in securing a high caliber HR talent to join their team as a HR Business Partner. This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of role but remain part of an exceptional international brand and professional team. This is currently a temporary opportunity with the possibility of permanent follow contract.
Your mission
- Drive and contribute to the Swiss HR strategy and further develop policies and procedures
- Advise and support business in HR questions and issues and manage HR interns
- Lead talent management, recruitment, on/ offboarding, succession planning, diversity initiatives for Zurich and Geneva
- Partner with HR stakeholders including the Employee Relations and Employment Law Group teams as well as HR BPs globally
- Contribute to and support change management projects
- Collaborate with an external vendor covering payroll and HR administration topics
Your profile
- HR education coupled with 5-10 years of relevant HR experience
- Knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Fluent in English and German with excellent communications skills
- Flexible, self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Organised, focussed and strategic approach to work
