For an international bank, Swisslinx is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Operations to oversee and align all human resources activities in Switzerland.
The Role
-Provide daily support in HR related tasks including recruitment process, meeting candidates, contract negotiation and employment contracts
-Accountable for HR System SuccessFactors for the office in Zurich and train employees on the tool (in depth excel knowledge required)
-Responsible for the on-boarding of new employees, relocation, work permits and all HR administrative duties in this regard
- Assist all employees with HR queries (absence, vacation, time management, sick leaves, amongst others)
-Monthly support on payroll through an external provider
-Ensuring employee records are compliant and complete
The ideal candidate
- Proven and relevant experience (3 to 5 years) ideally in Financial Services, in a similar role
- Excellent understanding of Swiss employment law
- Fluency in English. German would be desirable
- Proficient in Excel as well as in SAP and SuccessFactors
- Thorough knowledge of all HR functions and best practices
