On behalf of our client, a reputable organization within the Healthcare and Lifesciences field, Swisslinx is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their team near Aargau.
Our client offers a competitive compensation and a dynamic working environment.
Your mission:
- Serve as the primary point of Human Resources contact to functional management and interact with all levels of management on a regular basis
- Supports, communicate and train tools for effective performance management such as mid-year and annual assessment cycles, performance planning, and on-going performance management strategies
- Supports / serves on special project teams as assigned by HR Site Lead building up the Site to become operational
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement projects regarding talent acquisition products
Your background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a business related field
- Passionate about recruiting and at least 5 years of HR experience in global organization
- Strong attention to detail, strategic mindset and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to close processes in a timely manner
- Fluent in English, German and other European languages are a great plus
