As one of the leading suppliers at our banking client, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Identity Governance and Access Management Project Manager/Business Analyst with good knowledge of IAM and governance processes as well as a flair for IT for a challenging 12 month contract role in Basel, Switzerland (with possibility to extend long-term), starting in the coming months.
Our client is increasing the size of their small and experienced Cyber Security team of four engineers responsible for carrying out maintenance and operations to security systems in bank.
In this role you would be responsible for improving and coordinating operational IAM within the bank. You will be reporting to the Head of Security Engineering and Architecture and have the following responsibilities:
• Quickly understand the current IAM processes, tools, technologies, and upcoming IAM projects;
• Assist with the migration of several bespoke IAM activities to the corporate IAM team;
• Work with the IAM team to improve documentation and processes;
• Help ensure the bank is well placed to embrace modern ways of working (BYOD, zero trust, cloud);
• Work across multiple teams within Corporate Security (e.g. Governance and Assurance, Security Engineering and Architecture and Identity and Access Management) and the wider business (e.g. business lines, IT Operations).
As a passionate IT security specialist, you, you will possess the following skills and experience:
• Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management governance in a complex enterprise environment;
• Technical understanding of IAM technologies and systems;
• Management of projects or complex workstreams;
• Engaging business stakeholders and technical resources;
• Cloud services and modern authentication technologies (IAM solutions, Azure AD, SSO technologies, etc.).
• You are a self-starter and have the ability to pick new concepts up quickly
• Very good communication and presentation skills and ability to deal with stakeholders and vendors
• Outstanding problem solving skills and analytical approach
• Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
The following skills are nice to have:
• SailPoint (or similar) governance and work processes
• Customer IAM projects and delivery
• Project management (or complex work stream management)
Please note due to COVID interviews would be conducted remotely, however the role is based 100% in Switzerland (our client offers WFH during the pandemic).
