On behalf of our client, a reputed global company (within the insurance field), we are actively looking to source a Compliance or Legal background candidate with previous experience in insurance industry sector.
In this role, you will be mainly focusing on Compliance, AML, corporate secretary work as well as the client management responsibilities related to the company insurance business.
The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
• At least 5 years of experience in Compliance & Insurance sector
• Knowledge of DIFC or ADGM regulations will be a plus
• Experienced in drafting legal documents in English (board resolutions and board meetings minutes)
• Flexibility to work from both ADGM and DIFC offices and willingness to spend at least 3 days a week in Abu Dhabi
