On behalf of our client, a well-established corporate finance firm, we are looking for a SVP as well as a Senior Associate Investment Banking to join their team in Dubai.
The company is providing Investment Banking advisory services on different types of transactions and is looking to expand their team.
You will be involved in a full cycle of transaction execution process and get to work with the top industry professionals. You will be mainly working on restructuring transactions, but also involved in M&A.
The successful candidate will hold the following qualities:
• Western Degree in Finance & Banking from a well-reputed university
• 4+ years of experience in M&A in a well reputed Financial Institution (bulge bracket investment bank, well-established boutique, private equity firm)
• Solid transaction experience in corporate / debt / financial restructuring is a must
• Strong financial modelling skills
• Fluency in Arabic or previous exposure to MENA region is an advantage, but not a must
