On behalf of our client, a Swiss-based Healthtech growth investor, Swisslinx is seeking an Investor Relations and Communications professional to join their team in Basel.

In order to drive forward their ambitious fundraising agenda, they are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial marketer who can connect with relevant investors and showcase the fund`s high potential.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your role and responsibilities are as follows:

- Investor Relations
o Assist with fundraising plans, create presentations, as well as marketing and due diligence materials
o Manage the prospective investor CRM database (eFont) and ensure timely follow-ups and completion of fundraising
o Attend relevant events and roadshows
o Coordinate LP reports and support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports
o Organise key events, such as the annual investor meetings
o Be the key contact person for investors, assisting with queries and requests
o Develop new contacts whilst maintaining existing investor relations through regular meetings

- Marketing and Communications
o Maintain an active online and offline marketing strategy through creating a range of quality content material – newsletters, articles, blog and social media posts
o In charge of ensuring timely and satisfactory correspondence with external stakeholders
o Conduct business intelligence on competition and trends to secure optimal market positioning
o Keep up-to-date with media and publications, in addition to joining online professional communities

- Candidate Profile, experience & qualifications
o Excellent academic record in Business, Finance, Economics or related – CFA and MBA qualifications are desirable
o Experience gained in a PE/VC environment, either in investor relations, fundraising or transaction services in general
o Healthtech experience, or, a strong motivation to develop in this field
o Excellent understanding of institutional investors and family offices
o Strong verbal and written skills
o German and English business fluency is a must
