You will be supporting the customers face to face in the IT Welcome Zone, handling online support activities, and performing consultancy sessions. Your responsibilities:
- Implementation and coordination of hardware, software, and network component installations.
- Working with Tick tool ServiceNow and Asset Management tools.
- Providing on site support.
Your profile:
- 3-5 years of experience working in a similar position in a global organization
- Advanced knowledge og Google GSuite and Windows 10
- Apple iOS knowledge and experience with Mobile Device Management
- ITIL Foundation
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Fluent in English and German
