In this role you will be assisting the Contact Center Services by providing second level support regarding general request, incident and problem management, as well as analysing and solving production issues. You will work closely with Operations, L1, L2, L3 and other stakeholders.
Your other responsibilities:
- Work closely with Operations, L1, L2, L3 and other stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge database to provide the needed information on request in a structured way
- Testing of applications and production verification
- Strong expertise in Genesys is required, candidates without Genesys experience will not be considered
- Knowledge of how to integrate Genesys into large and global enterprise environments
- Unix/Linus system administration experience
- Fluency in English is required
