On behalf of our client, a Private Swiss Bank, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated IT generalist to join their IT Support Team in Zurich. The bank are going through a large business expansion and this individual will be heavily involved in the set up and ongoing IT support for new offices.

Responsibilities include:
Support the upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10
2nd Level Support in German and English (French will be a distinct advantage)
Installation and setup of software and hardware
Support of smartphones, tablets, projectors, laptops etc.
Monitoring and support of LAN and WAN connections
Ad-hoc IT support

The successful candidate will have:
Computer Science degree or equivalent
Experience supporting upgrades from Windows 7 to 10
Strong IT support background – 2nd Level
Excellent customer service and versatile approach to problem solving
Fluency in German and English is a must, French will be a distinct advantage
Previous experience working in a corporate banking environment
