IT Supporter – Applications/Hardware
On behalf of our client, a private Swiss bank, Swisslinx are looking for an IT Supporter who is fluent in German for a long term contract in Zurich.
Main tasks will include the general first and second level support of IT and Trading Systems within the bank.
The successful candidate will bring:
-At least 3 years experience as an IT Supporter within the banking industry
-Exposure to a Trading Department or Floor within the bank – experience with FX, EQ, Options, or Structure Products will be highly beneficial
-Fluency in German and English
-Strong knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft environment, especially software installation and administration tasks
-Support experience across PC and Server Hardware
-Experience using an incident tracking software (such as HPSM or JIRA)
