About our client
Swisslinx is currently looking for a Java Developer for a contract role with one of our global banking clients in Zurich, Switzerland running 12 months (with the possibility for further extension). The start date for this role is January 2020.
Your tasks and mission
-Developing applications for Order and Trade Management and Execution
-Building new components and working on the maintenance of existing applications
-Participating in the design and technology review of applications developed by the team
Your background
-You are an experienced Java Developer (ideally, 7+ years) and, ideally, have worked with Java 8 and Spring Boot
-You have a strong understanding of Java technology used in real-time transaction processing and low-latency platforms. Additional experience with multi-threading would be a distinct plus
-You are fluent in English (any other languages would be a plus)
