Java EE Developer
About our client
On behalf of our client, one of Switzerland’s premier banking institutions, Swisslinx is currently looking for an experienced Java/JavaEE Developer.
This is a contract opportunity lasting through May 2020 and is located in Manno, Switzerlnd.
Your tasks and mission
-Contributing across all phases of the software development lifecycle
-Writing high-quality code
-Preparing and releasing new software releases
-Proactively identifying areas for improvement and suggesting improvements
Your background
-You are an experienced Java/JavaEE Developer (ideally, 5+ years)
-Prior working experience in a banking/financial environment would be advantageous
-You have a university degree in Computer Science (or a similar field of study)
-You have experience with popular web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
-You are fluent in English
