Your mission is to deliver a new generation state of the art frontend application where our B2B customers can access their bills and interactive analytics on their costs and communications.
About our client
Our client is one of the leading telecommunications companies in Switzerland.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Java Developer.
This is a contracting role until end of 2023 with potential to extend thereafter.
Your Mission
- Participate in business analysis (technical focus) and architecture
- Manage the CI/CD pipeline for the applications
- Monitor and operate the application in production
Your Background
- Bachelor of Science in informatics or relevant work experience
- Strong Java programming experience, incl. Spring/ (preferred Spring Boot) (at least 3 years of experience)
- Strong SQL and relational database design experience, ideally with PostgreSQL (at least 3 years of experience)
- Baseline software engineering skills: git with PR-based workflow, CI/CD practices (at least 3 years of experience)
- Experience with containers (Docker / other containers also okay) for application packaging (at least 1 year of experience)
Nice to Have
- German or French would be an advantage
- CI/CD experience with Jenkins
- Experience with Maven
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana
- Experience with Kafka and stream processing
- Experience with Kubernetes
