As one of the top suppliers for our client, an international banking client, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Junior Customer Service Analyst with outstanding customer service skills to join our client’s dynamic IT Service Management Team on a challenging 12 month rolling contract role in Basel, Switzerland starting ASAP.

In this far reaching role you join a small and international team and act as focal point for customer liaison and asset delivery, as well as provide an effective and efficient interface between IT and its internal customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Single Point of contact via phone, email or face-to-face for internal IT and telephony related customer service requests and queries
• Monitor the progress, ensure timely communication and follow-up of all requests
• IT incident management
• Maintain knowledge base of written documentation and procedures
• Coordination with other internal business units and external service providers
• Perform daily reporting and data checks according to agreed procedures

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a similar customer focused role in IT Support, Project Support, Service Desk, Helpdesk or Customer Service
• Ideally experience using an incident and request management tool
• Basic technical skills (PC specification, understanding CPU, RAM, SSD, HD etc.) or a strong interest in/flair for IT
• Good organisational and time management skills, accuracy, speed and attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience of supporting iOS devices (iPhone, iPads) and Microsoft Office an advantage
• ITIL certification/knowhow nice to have
• Fluency in English (oral and written) – additional languages a plus

Please note if you would be interested in working less than 100% our client would prefer half days to work to cover Mo-Fr (rather than 2-3 full days.)
