On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company, Swisslinx are looking for a Lead Developer with a strong focus on Agile and clean code bests practices to lead the development of a major global project. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on attitude and a passion for clean code, hexagonal architecture and advanced microservice architectures.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the backend development of the global project while aligning with other lead developers for other applications in the landscape
- Champion Agile best practices
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative and transparent manner
- Support the team to champion software excellence
Your skills/experience:
- Extensive experience within software implementation team leadership (ideally utilising Scrum)
- Passion for best coding practices such as clean code, TDD/BDD and pair-programming
- Proven experience in Microservice software development (Kubernetes, Istio etc.)
- Strong background in Java and SpringBoot
- Experience with CI/CD ecosystems (Jira, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Fluency in English is required
