On behalf of a financial institution in Zurich, we are currently looking for an M&A Associate, with previous experience in Investment Banking, M&A or Private Equity.
You will work in deal origination and execution across different sectors in Switzerland or Europe.
Further to that, you will take part in the A-Z lifecycle of an M&A process, conducting analysis, valuations and due diligence, preparing pitches and presentations.
The ideal candidate:
- at least 2-3y of experience in M&A, for a reputable brand
- academic qualifications in Finance
- strong valuation skills and ability to communicate at all levels
- fluent German and English speaker
