For an entrepreneurial and dynamic M&A Advisory Boutique based in Zurich, we are seeking a motivated M&A Associate, with solid Investment banking technical skills as well as strong client facing abilities:
Your mission:
- Deal execution and origination cycles in cross boarder public and private M&A, IPO advisory as well as ECM, DCM
- Preparation of business documentations to present to the Board and share holders
- Rigourous skillset across financial modelling, due diligence and market research
- Envolvement within deal origination and full execution cycels
Your background:
- Full professional proficiency (oral and written) German and English
- 3+ years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, Corporate Development across the mid-market
- Strong analytical skills, high motivation, commitment and ability to act independently
- Demonstrated team player and leader with a strong motivation to contribute to a positiveteam culture
- Ability to effectively lead Analysts and Interns and provide training and guidance
- Outstanding academic record with a bachelor’s degree, equivalent or above required
