About our client
Our client is a fast-growing international pharmaceutical company based in Zurich.
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant (80%) who is willing to provide support to the Marketing team
This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to a dynamic working environment.


Your mission:
- Supporting the Marketing and Commercial team members in their daily operations
- Organize meetings and events for the Senior Management
- Providing administrative support, including processing invoices and data management
- Calendar Management - making travel arrangements and necessary bookings
- Business Administration of company’s system in an efficient and timely manner


Your background:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Administrative field
- Excellent planning skills, including multi-tasking and working with deadlines
- Hands-on mentality and great attention to detail
- Experience in working with Sales or Marketing is strongly preferred
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in German, English and French is a must
