On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a challenging 80% role in their Administrative department.

- Provide administrative support to the Medical team
- Book trainings and courses for the team members
- Make national and international travel arrangements
- Coordinate with other teams within the office with regards to ongoing projectsand events
- Archive documents and ensure data saved in an efficient and timely manner
- Liaise with external stakeholders on diverse administrative-related topics
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the Administrative field
- Experience within the Lifesciences sector is mandatory
- Business fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is a must, French is a great advantage
- Team player with proactive attitudev
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
