On behalf of our client, a growing IT Software Solution business, Swisslinx are looking for a Modern Workplace Engineer to design and implement Modern Workplace Services based on emerging cloud technologies.
This role will involve:
- Design and implement Modern Workplace based on the Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Azure AD and Windows 10
- Manage end-to-end customer experience of Modern Workplace in the cloud
- Develop and maintain the service catalog of Modern Workplace
- Hold workshops for existing and potential new customers on Modern Workplace
- Responsible for evolving the cloud services and Windows10 business capabilities
- Ensure identity management
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong knowledge and experience of Windows10, Azure Active Directory, Autopilot, Exchange, and SSCM
- In depth knowledge of emerging cloud technologies and their influence on Modern Workplace Services
- Strong customer service
- Computer Science degree
- Profound Microsoft knowledge and Certificates (MS-100, MS-101, MD-100, MD-101, MS-500)
- Excellent problem solving skills and commitment to customers
- Fluency in German
