Swisslinx is looking for an Office Administrator for one of our clients, a leading global reinsurance group based in Zurich. This is a temporary position until end of September to work on a 60% basis.
Your mission:
-Support the team on a broad variety of administrative support in order to ensure a smooth day-to-day running of the Zurich operations
-Provide general office support and reception desk coverage
-General assistance to the team (travel arrangement, expenses processing, amongst others)
-Liaison between the company and external providers when needed
Your background:
-Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Fluent in English; good German communication skills is a plus
-Ability to deal effectively and courteously with clients and colleagues
-Excellent organization skills and attention to detail are essential
