On behalf of our client, an established financial services company in Zug, we are looking for an Office Manager who will join them on a 60 to 80% basis.

You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team, in a centrally located office.

Your responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and preparing meetings
- Handling calls and correspondence
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers
- Assisting with the organization of team events
- Booking travel arrangements

The ideal candidate:
- previous office management experience
- fluency in German and English
- strong communications skills
- ability to liaise with different internal teams
- positive and friendly attitude
