For an international investment firm with operations globally, Swisslinx is seeking a seasoned Office Manager to oversee all daily operations of the local office in Vaduz.

This position requires a high level of discretion, proactivity and the desire to consistently improve processes to ensure the smooth running of a multicultural and dynamic office. You will be the main point of contact for all matters relating to the management of the office and assisting an international team with any local administration queries, as well as day to day activities. This is an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role for a growing office of highly qualified professionals.

Your mission:
-Representing the firm when welcoming visitors, ensuring the office is at all times precisely maintained and coordinated
-In this small, yet vital team, you will support your colleagues on various administrative, accounting and HR tasks
-You will hold overall responsibility for managing vendors, their contracts and ensuring all administration is in place
-For an international office, you will be the point of contact for all local administration tasks (permits, relocations, local event bookings etc)
-Working closely with all team members and having the ability to step in on situations that may sit outside your usual comfort zone

Your skills and background:
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar function, preferably within financial services
-Fluent in both German and English
-Affinity to technology
-Charismatic and well-presented professional
-Outstanding organizational skills
-Able to meet deadlines, multi-task and prioritise work
-Have a strong sense of team spirit and a collaborative working style
-You currently reside in Liechtenstein
