Our client is an international trading company.

On behalf of our client, Swisslinx is looking for a hands-on and flexible Office Manager fluent in German and rapidly available to be responsible for various activities such as company office administration.

Your mission

- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable and supervise premises secturity
- Receive and distribute mail/deliveries and handle invoices
- Organise visa, travel and accommodations as well as update calendars and schedule meetings
- Order stationary/kitchen supplies and keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Support teams and perform various administrative tasks

Your background

- Experience in a similar role
- KV/Commercial or relevant education
- Positive, dynamic and proactive attitude
- Good experience in using MS Office
- Fluent in German and English
- Available to start rapidly (ideally within 2 months)
