Swisslinx is currently searching for a Payroll Administrator to join our back office team on a permanent basis at 80 – 100% capacity, we are flexible. Your mission:

- Responsible for administrative and organizational support in the back office, with a focus on payrolling and invoicing
- Processing the monthly salaries and sending invoices to clients (time sheet management, invoicing, and payments)
- Run set-up meetings for external / contract employees, ensuring all onboarding is handled and completed
- Administration of sickness and accident claims, including liaison with the insurance company and the company doctor
- Updating the overview of employees’ salaries and contact details as well as costs and claims received from the insurance company
- Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties
- Registering and de-registering employees across different departments (tax, insurance, etc.)
- 100% capacity during the first 2 weeks of the month every month is required, 2nd half of the month can be more flexible if preferred
Your background:
- A minimum of 1 year professional work experience in contractor payrolling
- Fluency in German and English
- Ideally completed KV Lehre, Dipl. Personalassistent/in, or equivalent
- Communicative, inquisitive and independent whilst still being a strong team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of people
- Positive, organised and high attention to detail
