On behalf of our client, a multinational in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Assistant, who will directly support a Manager and occasionally his team. The role has a set of tasks which will fit a candidate who likes a diverse and dynamic environment. Fluency in German and English is required.

Responsibilities:
- managing the agenda
- coordinating travel arrangements
- preparing meetings, roadshows and presentations
- writing reports for management
- handling expense reports and correspondence
- liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- assisting with employee appraisals by preparing the required documents and statistics

Background:
- prior experience working as a Personal or Team Assistant
- fluency in German and English
- knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- motivated and positive attitude
- quick to react and able to work independently
