On behalf of our client, an International leader in Digital Technology, Swisslinx is looking for a Project Management Officer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to bring your proven knowledge and expertise to an organization that offers a dynamic working environment. The position will be temporary for at least 7 months.

Your mission:
- Provide administrative support at the Global Department level
- Support projects and set up initial stages of cooperation
- Prepare/deliver presentations and coordinate communication between directors/stakeholders
- Other ad-hoc administrative and secretarial activities

Your background

- Minimum 8 years' experience as PMO
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic calendaring
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Solid multitasking and time-management skills
- Fluent in English, German strongly preferred
