PMO – SAP Finance Transformation
On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently looking for a senior PMO with strong finance experience to join the growing team as soon as possible.
This role is an initial 12 month contract.
Responsibilities will include:
-Supports program lead in execution of management tasks
-Provides presentation slides for different steering committees, line managers, and senior management
-Consolidation of the planning and roadmaps of the streams
-Supports the budget process of the streams
-Tracks the program risk management
-Manages the administration of the external contracts for the program
-Coordinates and manages the program SharePoint and internal communication
-Supports stakeholder management
The successful candidate will have:
-Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Program PMO
-Strong experience as a PMO in a banking environment
-Experience supporting SAP financial transformation programs is a must
-Fluency in English
-Excellent communication skills
-A motivated and well-organized persona
